I am a team captain for 4 girls in our ward who are going to run the Baltimore marathon as a relay team. I have allready started training, and can now run two miles at a time. I did one run of three miles last week, and will try one run of 4 miles this week. I need to work up to 7 miles of running. (Running I realize is a relative term. What I do is more like a steady shuffle, or slow jog!)

I just jogged 4.2 miles! Only one short stop for gatorade. (NO Walking!) Wow! I can't believe I can actually do that! If you want to see the map I ran/jogged here is the link. It shows my pace and everything.
